Bialetti takes pride in producing quality products for the kitchen; therefore, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase, simply return the item for an exchange or refund.
The following return policies apply to all online orders purchased from the website.
• All item returned must include the online order invoice confirmation.
• New or unused items in the original packing will be refunded the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. The cost for returning the item will be incurred by the customer.
• Defective items will be refunded the purchase price including shipping charges. The cost for returning the item will be incurred by Bialetti.
• Free items or gift with purchase items may be returned, however, no refund or exchanges will be given. The cost for returning the item will be incurred by the customer.
If an item fails to meet your expectations and you wish to return it, Bialetti will be happy to refund your purchase price, excluding the cost of shipping. The cost for returning the item will be incurred by the customer.
Instructions to process a return online
Provide a brief explanation for the reason for your return. Include your email address, your order number, and the PO number. Once your information has been received and reviewed by our Customer Service Staff, you will be sent a confirmation notice, a return reference number, and instructions as to how and where to send your return. Depending upon the reason for the return, you may be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Reporting a damaged item purchased from our retail partners
